"I came into state farm with my brother one day when he was paying an auto and homeowners bundled insurance. He raved about how they helped him keep insurance on my grandmother's house and that these ladies were so kind and patient with him. The situation was a complicated one. The house was old and there were so many issues to navigate. While I was there I spoke to the ladies about my own personal situation. I had left a difficult relationship and had to remove my vehicle from the old state farm policy I currently had and move it to a new policy that gave me independence. They were able to transfer it for me, seamlessly and discreetly. My situation again was sensitive, but state farm really goes above and beyond. I didnt have any extra costs with the transfer. "I'm very appreciative; you get what you pay for when it comes to insurance I paid a hefty sum each month full coverage with comprehensive. A deer rammed into my new car and it was great only paying $100 for a $5k repair. My only issue is that when I sold my new car, I was told twice my policy was canceled and there was nothing I needed to do. I was charged after I canceled and didn't even own the car anymore! I had to do a stop payment and thank God I did because they're attempting to charge me again. Now I'm being told, 2 months later that there's a document I need to sign. I was sold the "life insurance" WITH my policy to make it "cost less"well, now im learning months later that evwn though it part of my policy it needs to be cancelled sepaeatly & because the vehicle was only cancelled its almost as much $$$ as the whole bubdle i was paying. Its been norhing but a headache. The comunication is terrible. So I would say don't get scammed into the life insurance if you can help it & God forbid you want or need to cancel. Huge headache!"
